Day Number 41

Geez I didn't even think about taking pictures the past 2 days. Bella has been sick so photos have been the last thing from my mind!  But I will get back in the groove!
Amand came home with a "Family Project"  the other day. We had a build a mode, using geometric shapes. So Amanda being the little fantasyland girl that she is, wanted to build a castle! So thats what we did!

She helped me pick out the shapes and paint. I had to cut and use the hot glue gun though. We had fun! As with many of the afterschool things she brings home we end up doing them at the last minute and it never fails that its a rushed effort. But this one we were both happy with!

Day Numbers 39 and 40

I did it again and almost again. I hate it when Life gets in the way of taking pictures. Don't you?
I made bows last night and intended to take a photo of them but never got around to it for whatever reason. So I did it today. My adorable puppy sat and anxiously watched me, she doesn't like to sit still  for very long.  So I snapped a photo of her while I was at it!.
I like the way they came out. It's been a little while since I've made Bows! I missed it!

And our little doggie Oreo. Can you guess why she's named "Oreo"?  ^_^
She's such a sweet pup.

Day Number 10

WOW! A double digit number! I am so proud of me! 10 pictures in 10 whole days straight! I am so excited!

My oldest daughter and I decided to break out her friendship bracelet kit that she got for Christmas and give it a try!  I remember learning to make these with my friends when I was a little girl. So it was a fun experience teaching her how to do it also.  It is unfortunate that I am so rusty with the skill.
Regardless she was excited about it. I finished mine in about half the time it took her to finish hers. I think she intends to finish hers tomorrow.
Here it is:

I remember being able to do so many different kinds. Now I must resort to the styles they give us the instructions for! So sad.
