Days 100 to 106

  I can't believe I have been absent for so long! Life got really busy over the summer and I feel like I am beginning to catch up. I did manage to take a lot of photos. Perhaps not every day but a few days a week I definitely had my camera in hand.  I definitely do not have 116 photos to post but I will post a few that highlight over the summer and continue on from there.

Chris and Toya's engagement pictures! We had so much fun! It was a great opportunity for me to get to know my future Sis-in-law better. But she still didn't know these were engagement photos until a week or 2 later ^_^

Days Number 93 - 96

I am so sorry. I seem to have just been totally unmotivated the past 10 days. I have hardly had the motivation to do much of anything! I have taken a couple pictures since my last so here we go!

Day Number 93

We had a playdate on Thursday and Bella got to play with her little friend Jayden. They are so cute together when they aren't fighting over the strollers! ^_^

Day Number 94

This is My husband. He is the love of my life and my best friend. I can't imagine my life without him!

Yesterday Amanda was baptized. I am so proud of her! She continues to amaze me on a regular basis!

I'm not exactly sure WHAT she did.  However, what ever it was she did it! She sure was excited!

Day Number 92

 Today Was field day at the kids school! They had SO much fun running around rather than worrying about school assignments.  Do you blame them? Nor could I.  They did so well. They both had areas they excelled in and areas where they didn't do so well. But they tried their best and had fun. Thats what it's all about!
 Here are 3 of the photos I took today that stood out the most.

 Theres bit of motion blur but it was dark in the room... :/  But I love the action blur from the other kid tagging his hand!

I LOVE all of the action in this one. There is SO much going on in this photo and I LOOVE it! Not to mention Amanda's running stance.

Bella was such a trooper. She was stuck in her stroller most of the time we were there and she did so well. She was making faces at me not giving me unhappy looks.

Day Number 91

 Today has been full of editing photos! I am having so much fun with this! Of course baby Kinslee has made it really easy to enjoy working on these pictures.

Day Number 90

I took some pictures for an old friend today! She has one of the most beautiful 6 month old baby girls ever! I had so much fun catching up with her and then taking pictures of baby Kinslee!

She was so happy and SO Photogenic! She was such a joy to work with!

Day Number 85

Bella and I met a good friend at Ross this morning! We had a lot of fun. It's been  quite a while since Devina and I had gone out together. I found a few too many things that I needed. A couple that I wanted. Two of which were these feather headbands that were shaped into giant flowers. Just as I suspected they were super cute!
  It didn't take much convincing after we got home to get bella to pose with one of them. She thinks they are "Awesoooome!" So I sat her down put one on her and then couldn't get her to sit still! I got few pictures that were usable and I had to get really creative with editing. My lighting was poor which unfortunately for me means lots of noise or graininess in the photos! So here's one that I manage to get  that I really liked!

Day Number 84

 I let the kids have some of their easter candy after dinner, nope I did not let them eat it all in one sitting! Bella was chowing down on her Jelly Beans, you would think she liked them or something!

LOVE the reeses Egg  mixed in with the greenbeans and corn on her tray! There is some healthy eating right here.

Day Number 83

Yesterday was so insane that I TOTALLY forgot to take a picture! I am so sad!!!
 I hope everyone had a happy Easter! We kept this year quiet. We came home after church and made Ham and cheese sandwiches then Hubby, Bella and I actually napped the afternoon away while the other 2 kids played Halo 3 on the xbox 360 for 2 hours! Wow! That was actually unintentional!
  We had a mini easter egg hunt this morning! The kids had fun! I loved the look on Bella's face when she saw the eggs and her basket!

All three of them are so very different but so much the same!  That was Bella's Very first Peep She loved it so much she stuffed the whole thing in her mouth!!

Day Number 81

Today we drove out to the dealership we bought our expidition from!!! Only because they FINALLY got the lisence plates in! The temporary ones were only you know, 11 days expired! I am glad we didn't go out to get renewed temp  papers because that would have been a waste of a lot of gas!
 I think the dealership we went to is out in Richardson!  But we got to drive through Downtown Dallas. I love being a passenger driving out there but I HATE being the driver. There are far too many crazy drivers!

Day Number 80

After a time of little-no rain the world always looks a little bit brighter after a good rainstorm! I went outside to find this lone pink flower in my yard!!!

Day Number 76

I saw these somewhere and now I can't remember where but I absolutely had to make them! So yesterday I started them and once they were dry today I finished them! I LOVE them! But I need to find some fishing wire or something to hang them with. The strings are WAY too visible ^_^  Im gonna try and get Bell to co-operate with me later! ^_^

I can't wait to use these!!!

Day Number 73

 Well, The baby sparrow passed away this afternoon. I was a bit concerned last night when it's chirp seemed to have disappeared. My oldest daughter seems to be taking it the hardest.
  We went over to Mom's this afternoon. I wanted my sister to model some things for me, 15 year old sisters come in handy that way. Marc (Stepdad) popped into the room where the boys were playing on the xbox and he knew I was in the room with camera in hand but was apparently clueless to my snapping a couple of shots of him. Which maked this photo so amusing to me. I figured he'd chosen to ignore me!

Day Number 72

I am so thankful that it is Friday!!! I am looking forward to this weekend!
We, the kids and I, have been walking home from school.  So far it's been about 3 or 4 days out of the week. But I am at a point where I really enjoy it. I get home feeling upbeat and energetic AND Its great quality time with the kids withought electronice to damper it. Not only all of that, but the kids are a bit more mellow most of the time because they have worked off most  of their pent up energy!!
 Today we were almost home. I was walking ahead of the older ones because they had stopped to observe something. Turns out that something was a baby bird who had fallen out of it's nest. Which would be no suprise considering how active it is! So, I have a baby chick to try and nurture. It's been so long since I helped my mom take care of misc animals. I really hope it makes it!

Day Number 67

Today our church is hosting a father daughter night. Last year was the Princess Ball. This year is the Texas Ball. So rather than dressing amanda up to be as princessy as possible we're going for a country girl look. She was thrilled with what we came up with!

She wanted to put her own earrings in because she could.

 I can't believe how grown up she is! Its hard to see her as a 9 year old sometimes!
Gabe, Bella and I plan to feast on corn dogs and tater tots While watching Open Season 2 on Netflix! Not something we normally "splurge" on but hey! We need to be able to have fun too right?! 

Day Number 64

If you remember Bella had her birthday party back on March 19th. I posted the pics Here.
  My mom had searched for some time for the perfect gift for her. I forget every time one of my kids hits 2 years old how hard it can be to shop for them at that age! 2 and 3 seem to be an inbetween age where they are too young or too old for the really cool gifts! Lucky for us Bella LOVES to play pretend.
   My mom had gotten her "Tinkerbell's Cafe" for Christmas. Since then we have enjoyed many  pretend meals of "Soup".  "Soup" consists of the plastic bread, carrot cake and wedge of cheese put into a bowl. All of which came with her Cafe. She puts it all in a bowl. Then Bella takes the ladle that came with her cafe and dips it into the "soup" and proceeds to shove the ladle into our mouths until we gag. She then giggles hysterically and claps her hands. YAY!
  So after mom searched and searched she found the CUTEST pertend food EVER! Would you like to see?
Of course you would!




Are they not gorgeous?!!?!?  It was unfortunate that they didn't quite make it in time for Bella's party but that wasn't anyone's fault. The mail got dropped off after Mom and family had left. Otherwise Bella would have been enjoying them sooner!
      Once we got past her initial trying to eat the felt food she really enjoys pretending to eat them. It's also much more comfortable while she's trying to force feed them to us. She even loves sharing them with her brother and sister! Miraculous! I think we need to stock up on more! I love looking at them as much as Bella loves playing with them!
 These felt foods are entirely hand made, and are made of recycled materials. I highly reccomend these to anyone who has a little one who likes to pretend. These keep Bella "cooking"  for hours.  They are colorful and very well made. They have so much detail. My personal favorite are the animal crackers! Growing up they were my favorite snack. I still buy them occasionally. Click to see proof!

Day Number 61

 YAY! Today is my birthday!!! As Jon said today is my 1st 29th Birthday!!!  We managed to sleep in until 10:30!! WOW. Our dog woke us up with her whining. Thats ok, I will take what I can get. We watched the last episode from season 1 of 24. Amazing. Then we went and picked up my business cards and headed over to my mom's where I discovered that She and Jon had conspired against me and threw a surprise feast. EVERYTHING was Dr Pepper! The brisket had Dr Pepper BBQ sauce that my mom made from scratch. The cake had Dr Pepper in it the cookies had Dr Pepper in it even the jello salad was Dr Pepper! AMAZING! I know it might sound odd. but it really was awesome! Every recipe was developed by my mom (Marye' Audet-White).  I can  still taste it!
