Yesterday was cold and icy. I had errands to run, but the forcast called for a "wintery mix" which in Texas means: "Danger! Stay off the road! Texans can't drive in this!". So I decided against going out and stayed in!
One of those errands I missed out on was picking up a ring from the jewelery store that I dropped off a couple of weeks ago to exchange for another size. This particular ring is the one that I received for Christmas from Jon. I was unable to wear it for almost a month!!! Not fair! Well, much to my surprise on his way home from work last night he stopped and picked it up for me! YAY!
So today's picture is my ring! Here it is!

hey erin! it's so great that you're doing this project! it will def. stretch you and "force" you to try new techniques, subjects, etc. each new day.practice is the key to growing. :) and i love the photograph of the ring on top. the lighting is beautiful and the yellow adds just the right amount of pop to the dark ring. well done!
