Bella's second Birthday is coming up and I have been wracking my brain of a fun Idea for something she could wear for her photoshoot/birthday party. Today I decided I was going to search the web to make sure the concept I had was not someone else's that I had seen and when I discovered I would not be copying someone else I went to work making the world's most adorable Tutu! I think that if I could get away with wearing one like it I would. Alas, I cannot so I shall not. hehe. But Bella will Rock it out when the time comes. I plan to make a matching hairpiece and need to come up with something shirt-like. That can wait till tomorrow.
This little cutie is goin to look even more cute (IF thats even possible.)

Cute! I've made a few tutus, but they're pretty plain. I like the added embellishments ~ but I promise not to copy! :)
